I focus on fundamental movement patterns, pushing and pulling and a balance of full body movements. Each program is tailored to your goals and body type.
Are your sessions virtual or in person?
When you book a session with me it will be virtual to be as convenient as possible. The program is designed to fit into any schedule, so long as you Qualify* for 1 on 1 sessions.
You will be given a calendar link to book all of your sessions. It is encouraged to book them as far in advanced as possible.
Virtual sessions are 45 in length. It is expected that you perform the warm up before the session to be sure our time is used most effectively.
When you sign up for the "Solid Start" program, you will have the ability to contact me anytime to have your workouts changed to fit your goals and any special limitations.
You can absolutely train with me 1 on 1 without the app or the nutrition plan. If you are seeking to reach a physiological goal and build habits, the rest of the tools are highly encouraged, (I use them myself)
